CRCT is China focused retail malls Reit listed on the SGX. CRCT invest in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate used primarily for retail purposes. Since its launch, CRCT has outperformed the STI index as well as all the listed Reits in Singapore. Going forward CRCT is looking to grow its reit with further acquisitions in retail property sector in China.
