Asset Enhancement at MMP REIT!

The S-Reit with the biggest presence in Orchard Road - announced today that MMP REIT has signed up popular Aussie retailer Cotton On at Wisma Atria. The flagship store will be Cotton On’s first in Asia.

Cotton On, Giordano Concepts and G2000 Blu Men and Women will join a list of other trendy and sought-after fashion labels that have taken up space at Wisma Atria over the past year, adding to the centre’s ever-evolving fashion offering. Asset enhancement works at Wisma Atria earlier in 2007 have resulted in the reconfiguration of the Karen Millen, Warehouse and Bebe stores, which now enjoy bigger window frontage and better shopper circulation. The renovated stores reopened for business in June 2007.

“With asset enhancements now complete on Level 2 in Wisma Atria, we will proceed with tenancy enhancements on the Basement level and on Level 1 for the rest of the year,”MMP REIT's CEO Mr Heng said. “We are excited about bringing in various new retail concepts to the Basement level, which is gradually undergoing a metamorphosis and renewal. Together with Cotton On,these new concepts and expanded stores will be an additional draw for shoppers to the Basement level.”
