Cambridge Industrial Trust ("CIT"), has identified 1 Joo Koon Crescent and 23 Woodlands Terrace (the “Properties”) to be acquired by CIT at a purchase price of S$13,800,000 and S$15,408,000 respectively.
Both Properties are classified under the Industrial and Warehouse trade sector.The inclusion of both Properties to CIT’s portfolio would increase the Industrial and Warehouse trade sector from 7.4%(3) to 11.8%. The pre-acquisition figures are based on gross revenue of 27 properties as at 31 Dec 2006.
Joo Koon Crescent
The acquisition has a positive DPU accretion of 0.0317 cents on
the existing portfolio.
Woodlands Terrace
The Acquisition has a positive DPU accretion of 0.0317 cents on
the existing portfolio.
Both acquisitions come with built-in rental escalation to provide stable, sustainable and growing income stream for CIT's unitholders.
