Mapletree Logistics Trust is the first Asian focused logistics REIT to launch in Singapore. It invests in a portfolio of logistics real estate and real estate-related assets. The company’s properties consist of free trade and nonfree trade zone third party logistics, distribution centre, food and cold storage, oil and chemical storage, and industrial warehousing properties.
